No you can't do the tour with a wheel chair to narrow and there are very steep steeps

Yeah, it would be extremely difficult. You have a large flight of stairs, about 30, to get up to the caverns entrance. Once inside there are several small staircases and quite a few narrow paths.
The caves themselves I don't think so because there are many stairs that we had to take to traverse the caves. I do not know if they have a wheelchair specific path but I did not see one.
