The Homdel store does not get the phone calls when you call the number, it is sent to a call center.
FYI this isnt Best Buy answerinf these questions. so you might want ti call the 800 number for best buy customer service
Call 888bestbuy or email corporate a complaint. Leadership is required to reach out to you within 30 minutes when you sent in an email. They are very good about this. Also, i suspect something is wrong with thier phones. If someone does not answer within a certain time period it is supposed to transfer the call to the next closest store, who can also answer any of your questions, including stock levels at the original store. Give them a chance. They are very good at what they do. Im a former employee so I hope this helps.
