First off the sales person that came to my house did not fully explain the process or how the solar panels worked. we were told we would be 100% reliable on solar. Until now, I didn't really know what questions to ask. Once my solar panels were installed (and active) roughly 6 months ago. I have been having nothing but issues with my system ever since. I have been using MORE electric since with the panels were installed even though I have not been home (out of town). I was working with the distract manager "Brandon" who came to my house, acknowledged there was an issue with my panels and told me a few days later that an update was done on our software. Still living in Florida were its always sunny, I have not a a single day were I have used more then 50% solar. I called "Brandon" on August 11th, and 22nd he stated as a one time courtesy we was going to pay for our first 3 months of payment on the panels since we were having so many issues. At this point he requested I have the electric company come out and check my meter, which we did. I watched the man send signals back and forth with correct readings to my meter. I messaged "Brandon" as requested to let him know this information on August 25th. He was supposed to have someone come out and check my panels if no issue was found with my meter. I have messaged Brandon several times over the past 2 month with no response (with each message I sent marked as read). If I would have known then what I know now, I would NEVER have had this system installed on my house. Now I'm stuck paying a double electric bill because the panels are pulling more electric then they are producing and a solar panel payment on top of it

The Suntuity survey tech Jonathan Banta was polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable with him in my house to survey the attic, fuse box and garage roof. The initial presentation was given by Brent (can’t recall his last name), which was also professional with competitive prices.
