If you are planning to go the gym one time, it's easier to pay 1x then going through the hassles of cancelling... I have had trouble doing it. Just pay $20 and be done with it. Full featured gym minus regular bench press.
Yes, there are showers. I know it's possible to pay for the day at some locations, but I don't know if it's a company wide policy.
There are showers. And you can just go and pay for 1 day but it's $20. Might as well do the $10 for that month and cancel at the end.
