Are the trails here ok for a stroller or perhaps a wagon would be better?

Good all terrain stroller yes. There's a decent incline at the entry to the trails but also a bypass, take the bypass.

Yes, people even bike here. Bigger, thicker tires work better on gravel.

a wagon would be certainly better though I saw some people with strollers. All trails are gravel covered but they go up and down
