The theater will stay open until the new one is finished. As of 1/6/19 they have not even started construction. Parking is now on the North across the street.
As of 1/6/19 it is open, I'm not sure of an official close date yet. (Also, the inside location closed about 4 years ago)
The theater is due to close down and be relocated at present there is no parking available in a parking lot because of this
