I believe the $10 lifetime "Golden Age Pass" covers it. I hope so since I bought one last week and haven't tried it yet.

I would think that the info would be on the Sandy Point State of Maryland Web site. Not sure of the discounts. I have been to the park and know that they have disabilities access.
