I used to love this place, so close to my job near downtown but it’s really gone downhill. I stood waiting for the lady at the cashier to greet me or at least say something like “I’ll be with you in a second”, even that would’ve been fine, but she completely ignored me & walked away & then came back, ignored me again, & walked away again. I had to stop another girl to be like “hey can I get helped please I’m just picking up” I mean seriously.. The food is constantly wrong, the smoothies are so watered down now. I mean I can deal with bad service but bad food too???! Sucks because I loved this place. So sad.

Been here a few times, I have never been disappointed. Always great food, great service, and great prices. Orders are usually ready within 5 mins, unless there packed which would be understandable.

Wow guys!!!! I am in love. Best bagel shop I have went too😍😍. I will start with the staff. Both times I went manager was on site and they both was sweet and funny. The staff has the shop clean and well stocked with all type of bagels. I had a bagel sandwich and oh my gosh….My new favorite getaway with a place to sit and enjoy my sandwich and muffin. Thanks Navel Bagel family just delicious.🤤🤤Until next time…..
