The staff took multiple pictures of us including the pic I posted so I'm not sure what triggered them to ask you to leave but the restaurant promotes taking pics in their restaurant.
I took pictures from inside River Cafe and had no problems at all from my experience when I visited with my wife, was that River Cafe was for us an amazing experience and the care that was shown to us while we celebrated my wife's birthday couldn't have been better. Obviously you have expressed a different view of the service, which on the evening we were there couldn't have been imagined.
On our anniversary, the manager went out of his way to take pictures of us in the restaurant. I agree with the other reviewer, they promote taking pictures of the view. Sorry, you had a bad experience.
it happened after I finished eating I stepped out and took pics and that is when I was told to leave . no big deal whatevs but i wont go back
