I've seen them let a couple people allowed and other not depends on the manager on duty
It would seem a bit weird walking through a drive through but that is usually left to the policy of the individual store itself which may mean you might need to call them first. Only problem is that this store is so small it doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or inside they are both overcrowded. Inside there's only two counters and not that many people fixing food. The drive through has a ton of cars waiting outside.
Some McDonald's would let you order through the driveway on foot I'm not sure about the one on bay street
