I know if you have UPMC for You you are able to join through Active & Fit Direct for $25 a month that's through Medicaid. You are also not limited to just LA Fitness as a choice. I also know people who have Medicare who are able to access LA Fitness for free as a part of their wellness program.
I do not believe so. They are more like a retail store and the membership is the package you're buying, even Personal training comes with it which is great honestly. The JCC in Squirrel Hill accepts insurance, I am sure of it!
They accept Silver Sneakers which is through Medicare.
