Taylor is an excellent trainer. I have been working with her for 6 months and I have learned so much already. Taylor has a good knowledge of the fundamentals of fitness and she is passionate about training others. She is gentle and respectful, but she also challenges me during each session. With her help I have gotten better with my nutrition, loss weight and fat mass. I can tell that I am mentally and physically stronger! She has also helped me become more consistent which is the most important thing. I am grateful for her!
