Place is absolutely great, staff is so helpful. Just look out for the other customers. Some won't hesitate to throw your stuff out, or move it, switch your cloths without asking. People need to learn to keep their hands to themselves here

Thanks for the heads up. So far I haven't had any issues like that but I would be upset too if it happened to me. It's one thing to ask the staff to remove clothes but it's another thing to take it upon yourself to do it...

Thank you for the question. We do not get inquiries about this issue but if it did happen to you I apologize. Please keep in mind, that we have cameras throughout the laundromat and the staff can help you if you have this issue again. We also have signs posted and is our policy for customers to remove garments from machines as soon as they are complete so as to not have a problem with customers moving other customers garments. I've never had that problem. I have seen the sign that says that your clothes could be removed if needed something along those lines. I like to stay somewhat near the dryer and make sure to take it out on time. I would be upset if someone took my clothes out too.
