The springs and waterways are much too small for sizeable fish. However I saw a few spots that a minnow trap would work well in. Then take the bait fish to the nearby Cacapon SP or Potomac River. Cacapon is pronounced Cuh Cay Pun, CuhCayPun
Yes, you can fish at the lake inside Cacapon state Park. There are also Cacapon and Potomac rivers close by. Goos luxk!
