You can get a soak ina jet tub or Roman bath with a 30 minute massage for ~60$ at the state park. You can wade/ soak you feet for free in the mineral waters at the park, but it's not a hot spring

It isn't actually a "hot spring", as the water is about a consistent 72-74 degrees year round. That being said, you are allowed to go in the spring pools and streams. There is a Roman bathhouse attached to the park that is for paid entry and those pools are heated and they use the natural spring water.
