Yes. Will notice the same temperature if you go to the roman baths or any of the spas. However the outdide spring water gets colder as the weather gets colder (but still warm enough to feel good)

If you're closer to the source of the springs, the temperature averages around 74° year 'round. The further you get from the source the colder it gets.
Warm yes 70 degree range depending how close you are.
At the source the springs are a nice temperature, but don't stray too far.
Honestly I am not sure. Ive never gone in October. But from what I've been told they stay around the 70's year round
