Not knowing your exact situation, it's a bit challenging to answer the question. There is almost always at the customer service desk up front, if not, I'm sure they will be right back. Were they very busy making it more difficult to find someone free to help you. And unfortunately you know a lot of businesses don't keep the staff on hand to meet every customer's need immediately. I would politely make them aware of your concerns. Hope you have a better shopping experience the next time.
