2/3 to Hoyt street, or 2,3,4,5 to either Nevins or Borough hall and walk back. You can also take the D,N,Q,R,W to Dekalb Ave.

D N Q R W to DeKalb, A C to Hoyt & Schemerhorn, or F to Metrotech, 2 3 to Hoyt

I take the Q to DeKalb Avenue.
