Wendys needs to b on top of security to keep rowdy crowds controlled n area needs to b cleaned customer service up the service

I was in there last week and a homeless guy came in with his street dog, and all his street gear. He pilled his stuff in the corner, tied his dog to a table and left. Security guy said nothing. Dog stayed there tied to a table the entire time i ate my food. I guess they offer dog sitting and storage to the homeless.

Even if they have SECURITY n any establishment it wouldn't matter bc PPL TODAY HAVE NO RESPECT 4 RULES OR REGULATIONS! IT'S A "ME, ME, ME 🌎" WE R LIVING N plain & simple!😢😌

I like the renovations they did wit High definition Tv screens but to me if customers dont feel safe n if its not clean n CU STOMER IS ZERO then u r encouraging others to do even worse because no one watching I came to sit eat n enjoy restaurant vibe wat I got was 30 ranting of who was where n how much she paid for a hustled item n a beatdown option if not good Security did nothin. Everyone could here it I wont go tthere anymore that lack of management Walkin Store n worryin cash comin in xCorrect service or shut it down Mcdonalds on Delancey st had problem its under control wit NEW Customers
