I came in to use my T-mobile to get the free small frozen drink and Burger King staff at this store played around with my phone with their hands and then accused me of using the code already in another store. Impolite, disrespectful and they screw up in not knowing how to use my t-mobile app. and then accuse me of using the app in another store. Great job Burger King Brooklyn! Can't you be a little more respectful! Bring my business elsewhere.

This place is definitely the worst Burger King in the world. How can their employees been so rude and disrespectful! My friends and I ordered two combos. The fries tasted so bad like pee and smell horrible. We went to the counter for a explanation, but they threw away the fries right the way. The employee just pretends that they are busy on something else, and they didn’t give us a reason or response. This restaurant makes us hate Burger King. Really disappointed!

Quite possibly the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life. I asked the guy at the drive-through for the bacon on the sandwich to be well done, it wasn’t and the biscuit was hard as hell. The hashbrowns were uncooked, As well as the French toast sticks. Even the soda was flat. Just terrible.
