Is the trailhead for the Mt Tammany hike accessible directly from Interstate 80, or do you have to get on local road system to access trailhead?

Does anyone know if you can rock climb the mountain?

Marcelo is WRONG.... the parking for Mt Tammany on Eastbound Route 80 is Not an exit. But well marked with signage. It is Before the last exit (# 1) in NJ. So if you miss it take that last exit (# 1) then turn left going under the highway and loop back around

Coming eastbound it's right of 80. No side roads
