We found the movie and it’s discussion of homosexuality very inappropriate for children.
Mostly older children. But there are at times special programs for younger children.
I agree with others, older children if they are interested in history. Younger children not at all.
The tour guide we had always very informative, but not very patient with young children. Would reccomend for ages 12 and up. The museum however my boys really enjoyed and they were 6 and 8 at the time.
Honestly, it's for everyone. Every year they have a birthday celebration and have students help out with the tour. This would be a great time to check it out!
I agree with Karen. The day I was there...there was a couple of young children on the tour...but there are no specific activities planned for them.
I would say kids who are in to history will enjoy it, but no, it isn't geared to children. They talk about what it was like to live in the house, the China, the wallpaper, the furniture, etc.
I would say older children (10 & up) would get more out of the tour but the guides do a great job of engaging all kids who attend..
Yes it is
