Yes, it can!! The atmosphere is inviting, nice country music, televisions mounted in strategic places and adequate bathroom stalls. The food leaves something to be desired and I was not impressed. The servers are very professional, patient and eager to please. The alcoholic drinks are very good. There is karaoke and bull riding so children and under age minors are not allowed after a certain hour. All in all I like this place but the quality of food preparation along with taste could stand improving. Check it out and make your own assessment!!
