Can I park on the 3rd floor level ,the 4th floor parking is like a sewer with Urine every were. Not safe to walk.

I never have that problem on the 4th level. You can park on that level though.

Yes you can parking on the 4the floor the 3the floor for diamonds

3rd level is for seven stars or diamond only and their is gate you need to put your card in for access.
