If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Had me. Waiting for taxi access from 3:26 pm until 7 pm April 26, 2022 kept saying no cabs available in area in Pikeville . Doctor's office had closed and It was raining. They kept saying if I waited another 30 minutes the would get me one. Never did I called Lyft who came in 2 minutes. I will NEVER utilize that Baltimore CountyTaxi cab again &am going to report them to appropriate authorities. Terrible is putting it mildly. They are awful. Boycott that Company. Unacceptable liars .

When you call for a cab, it's not County Cab or Bell Cab. Now called Independent Cab, & dispatcher answers from a different country. Valley Cab in Pikesville sold out to Jimmies in Towson in November, 2021. Some of those drivers went to Bell Cab/County Cab. Whatever it's called, when you call Bell/County, you get assisted pretty fast, but your cab may or may not ever show up. If you don't mind waiting Hours for a cab, then try County/Bell/Independent. We need transportation options for Pikesville/Randallstown/Catonsville areas & County/Independent ain't an option for me.
