Attended my 1st wine sipping event yesterday. Had a great time. The wines and food were great. Shout out to the awesome band that was playing. Can't wait for the next wine event. I will be attending.🙂

Wonderful experience the customer service clerk was amazing unlike most casinos she was amazing. The new customer points card didn’t work for us at the pizza place but we weren’t worried about it the pizza was so good! BBQ pizza on the lower floor is legendary. No smoking so it smelled great everywhere there was a smoking section outside with machines and smoking was cool. Parking was safe mood was safe feeling was good definitely will come back. Free soda machine on the wall like all the other good casinos.

Several weeks ago around 5-5:30 a group of us arrived for the football game. We don't live in Baltimore and since there isn't a mask mandate for the stadium, we didn't have masks. We are all vaccinated. We decided to go into the casino as some of us hadn't been. There was a young lady working the intake area. She informed us that we couldn't enter without a mask. We asked if any were available and she said there were vending machines inside the casino with masks to purchase. Well one member of our party found a mask in their bag and attempted to find the machines. When they couldn't he returned to the lady and asked again where they were. She was frustrated but told him directions again which involved multiple turns. He again couldn't find them but another employee said the machines were outside and by the bus station. We left and walked to the bus station to purchase masks. We returned to the same woman. She knew we had already had our photos taken before but insisted we do that again. I said to her that I would like for her to pass on a recommendation of having masks for people if it is mandated or having the vending machine outside or in the lobby so that people can actually find it. She promptly told me that she didn't have to provide anything (I wasn't asking her personally). I turned to her and stated that obviously she didn't have to provide anything including good customer service. Once inside the casino, I saw multiple people without mask include multiple employees. I took photos. I was so disappointed with my groups experience with this casino. I've been to the casinos in Vegas and it was such a different experience.

Horseshoe Casino isn't as lively as it use to be. I took my daughter here as a last minute activity one evening since she is now 21. She did win a few dollars but there wasn’t much going on. One good thing Horseshoe still has going for themselves is the Pizzetta spot still has amazing pizza! The pizza is worth the trip! If you are looking for some excitement, you might want to try another Maryland casino.
I work at the Horseshoe. You can eat there with your child. I just called to ask. I didn't have a concrete answer myself. You can usually not be on premises if you're under 21 but for his restaurant those rules are flexible.

Parking was not an issue, last night. If it were me, I'd probably try to get there by 7:15-7:30 so you would be sure to get an inside parking place, and could find a good spot and get settled before the game starts
Yes it cost me $300.00. They towed my vehicle without trying to call the owner to Customer Service. There should have been signs saying upper level closed. Nothing but to come out and find my vehicle towed.
No there is not. There are a Guy Fieri place, a Giada place. There are two relatively new additions to the food court a Ben's Chilli Bowl (yuck!) and a Tony Luke's cheesesteak place.

Edit:Ahh. Do you mean standard truck such as pick-ups and work trucks? If so, yes. The horseshoe garage has a 8' height limit for any vehicle.
As of currently the only shuttle is third party, point east shuttle. I am unsure of the charge if any
Is there shuttle service from the train station to the casino?

Call the casino..if you are staying there they should work out something .. like a towncar type of pick up if are u not staying.. they may charge a fee.. an uber or gypsy cab type may be more cost effective..get paid..peace
Anyone else had their vehicle towed on July 4th from the upper level? It should have been blocked off with signs posted Upper Level closed. Vehicles subject to tow.
Gordon's, GDL's, and Guy fieri's are all age restaurants. Guy's and Gordon's located on lvl 1 of the casino, GDL's on lvl 2. The other food venues are not all ages a require going through the casino.
Generally speaking the trip is short and smooth during non peak hours. Unfortunately our fair city has notoriously bad traffic at the slightest distraction. Things like Google maps and Waze take this info into reflect this when making a route.
I don't know the hours of operation for the Lost and Found.
If you contact the Horseshoe Casino, they should be able to let you know the Hours of Operation. I suggest calling them after

No... Water & self serve drinks are complimentary.. Some games allow delivery to slots those soft drinks, water, tea, are free (tipping the young ladies is optional)
I don't think so,as i have never seen one in all the time that, I have been going there, however i would suggest you call there information desk and perhaps they can answer your question.

No, I haven't been there in awhile so I'm unsure of which machines are accessible. I rated low because I put myself in a bind going back and forth to the casino, lol. Personal rating but I guess they were doing their job.
You can enter the valet section and go up the ram and go to second foor and higher to drop someone off at the elevators. Not a complicate casino i assure you
No you can't smoke inside, but they do offer outside slot machines that you can play while you smoke....not sure if it's heated or not. I don't smoke but I do know they have those sections.
It is a Maryland state law not to give free alcohol, however if you have a total rewards card you can use the reward credits to pay for drinks. Non alcoholic drinks are free aside from red bull if I recall
