I agree u wont need a shuttle
There is no shuttle but as others have said it is less than 2 blocks to the main pedestrian mall with restaurants and shops. It is also a few hundred feet to the county government center. Other option is taxi or uber/lyft (better than taxi).
You won't need a shuttle for downtown.
Within walking distance of Old Town. Shops and restaurants. Beautiful old hotel.
No shuttle.
I cannot say if there is a shuttle or not. However, the George Washington is situated right in the town center so bars, shopping etc is all within walking distance.
