Stayed in the room with jacuzzi- I literally had to get cleaner to clean it before use... The floors are just in desperate need of either a thorough shampoo or replacement. There is a lot of empty space in the room, a lot of noise in the common areas of the hotel, NO VENDING MACHINES WORK AND NO STORE WALKING DISTANCE, however they do have complimentary tea & coffee all hours & free breakfast. There seems to be a lot of ppl living in the rooms and I believe the staff all lives there too... Just kind of weird.

I honestly almost never give even a three to a hotel. I'm a pretty easy going person when it goes to motels and hotels. It doesn't have to be perfect or even great to get a 4 or 5. Just a good experience, safe neighborhood, and clean room...I don't mind staying at Motel 6's. As a caveat I'm not overly a clean freak. What made this experience borderline awful was the receptionist. Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen (I worked retail for almost five years) and I've stayed in probably a 100 or so hotels in the last couple years because of my job and the military. Literally my texts to my wife during the whole experience: "I got here and no one was at the front desk. Finally this elderly lady comes down the elevator. I was like hi how is it going. She was like not good! I was like in my head that was a weird response. She came behind the counter and I was like I have a reservation. She was like I know! [obviously she didn't because I just got there], but I don't know if any of the rooms are ready and my relief hasn't came yet. She was like if you want you can wait and pointed at a couch [I was like okay]. She then makes multiple calls to I guess her boss complaining that she's still here and she refuses to work a double." "She just now called to get a list of clean rooms. After I've been sitting here for 15 mins." "She's being super rude. Was literally super rude to an elderly couple that just walked in." "Another poor interaction with a family. I'm going to file a complaint against her. (Her barking at them almost unintelligibly at them)" So one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever encountered. Lastly.....Her actions were borderline fireable (I use to be HR). Yes it was Apple Blossom, but she needs reprimanded for her actions. It was completely unprofessional.

Positive: What I liked about the hotel was the location and everybody was very kind and the hotel was decent and we got a good night sleep. Negative: Well the hotel was not as clean as I would like it to be and there was a leak in the ceiling and the foyer when you go out the door I had to alert the lady that was she altered the hotel management. The hotel doesn't need to be upgraded.

It is a great hotel with almost everthing you need. Great price, need to get rid of the cigarette smell. No coffee pot in the rooms. Very clean and verry comfortable.
