No theres only one type of lane, for all biking levels, but it is a perfect area for biking beginners. Theres low traffic and easy biking path. You can also bike on the gravel walking path if the paved road seems too busy or youre worried abt falling and hitting the concrete. But gravel makes it more tiring to pedal.
For kids or adults, you can bike on the walking path easily. It's nicely paved and well maintained. Just beware of puddles after rainy days!
