If you have a season pass you can access the indoor water park for $19.99 a person except on Saturdays and holidays.

Yes you can. And if you take a floor level room you won't even have to use the elevator! The floor level rooms you can exit in the back and rest but it's not a private area the upper floors some have balconies

There are two separate water parks, indoor and outdoor, I was told if you stay in the hotel you can use the indoor water park and the outdoor water park. But the indoor water park is only for people staying at the hotel.
