How do you get someone to answer the phone at the Johnstown pa store?

I had to go thru the geek squad! I know when I go there there are alot of employees doing nothing.

I don't know i've never called them bit there were a lot of staff members when i was there I assume that they would have somebody ready for calls

Hard to get thought the automated answering system. Try dialing 0 sometimes that takes you to a live person.
