The room was very clean, and there were so many extra amenities. The desk clerks were awesome, kind, and friendly. Our breakfast was delicious, and many great choices. Your prices can't be beaten. Stayed at a hotel in Nashville the night before and paid four times the amount and the room was not good at all. Comfort Inn will always be my first choice. Every Comfort Inn I've stayed at has been an awesome experience. Your staff goes all out to make you feel like family. Thanks again to everyone ❣

The room was okay. Bed was awesome. Extremely comfortable. The pool filter wasn't working at the time so my 8 argued me down to swim in water with hair floating in it. Breakfast was phenomenal though. My family enjoyed it.

Was ok. No view even if you pay the upgrade fee. Put on the 2nd floor for a mtn view. Hard to do with the 18 wheelers outside your window blocking everything from the asphalt to the top of the lights So don’t pay the extra money or make sure they put you on a higher floor. Was so bummed as it would have been a great view SMH. You would think they know there is a truck parked right outside the room they put me in Very disappointing

The nicest staff of any Comfort Inn I've ever visited. A family member had passed and this is the only pet friendly hotel in the area. How lucky for my pets and me that such a lovely welcoming hotel is available in Jtown.
