I just bought one. It is verizon but its unlocked so you can uninstall the Verizon software. I am using it on ATT prepaid. Almost all newer phones are carrier unlocked.
Nope they sell both I bought mine for $900 recently
By the looks of their Web site I'd say they only sell them for Verizon. I didn't see any unlocked versions listed.
