I recently registered my new car and I went inside (Not to a kiosk). I got a number and got new tag year stickers from the woman at a booth. The entire visit only took about 15 minutes in and out. But I Did have to schedule an appt. (((The woman also told me that due to covid-19 they are only issuing 1-Year stickers only instead of the usual 2-Year.)))
