If yoy mean an Insurance lapse, E-ZPass toll, or something with the CCU(Central Collections Unit), then You have to call them and after waiting on hold for about an hour you can get the info (debtor# & account#) to the website for you to log into to view your account with all the fees amounts and balances, or you can make a payment while on the phone.
