I'm not sure. But I have gone up there twice since covid-19. Once in Oct & Nov. I did have to schedule an appt in order to register my vehicle. And they were checking for names and appointments on a list before they even allow you inside the building. So I think u should schedule an appointment to be on the safe side.to be sure you don't get turned away.
