No there paid guides that will drive you around in your own car. Also there is a horse and buggy tour but its not everyday .
There are no public tour buses available at the Battlefield. You may do a self guided tour with a CD which is available for sale in the Museum Store (check that your car has a CD player...), you may drive the Battlefield and tour by using the Park Brochure map, and signage and read tablets, markers and monuments. There are also Apps you can get from the internet (download before you get to the Park, Internet is ...). Official Battlefield Guides may be booked for different lengths of private tours. They usually drive your car, and are very reputable and knowledgeable. It's best to book ahead, though guides can USUALLY be booked on a walk-in basis. The Battlefield covers 8.5 miles of roads, with official stop areas with parking, though you may exit your car anywhere. There are official walking trails
What is the confederate army

No
I am not sure, as I did not see any tour buses when we were there, so I suggest you call the visitor center or Chamber of Commerce direct.
