There were some bad reviews regarding maintenance on machines, flooring, leaky roof... Have these things been taken care of? We're thinking about joining, but want to make sure our fees are being used for maintenance and not a new car.

I've been going regularly recently and there were several machines that were out of service but were fixed within the week. I have not experienced any leaking from the roof or problems with the floor myself.
