The shuttle back and forth was a plus for me. Got to drink all I wanted and didn’t have to worry about making it back. The front desk personnel were nice and courteous even in the wee hours of the night. The rooms didn’t have a microwave, and with my stay being a bit, it would have been nice to have one.

The Inn At Charles Town Races is an excellent and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They offer a free shuttle between the hotel and the casino, which is a helpful amenity. The casino has a selection of restaurants and there are horse races. If you are traveling through the area, this is a great spot to stop.

I would give it five stars except for the smoking. Even in the high-end restaurant you smell smoke while you are trying to eat. Most of our sense of taste comes through aroma. No point in paying big bucks for a fancy hunk of meat, craft beer or wine if you can’t taste it anyway. Everything else about the place was great, especially Sara Evans!

It was really "just and okay" place to stay. Good: Bed, pillows and blankets are comfortable. The room was fairly clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Bad: Towels were not clean from the start, the furniture is beat up, the hotel misrepresents what they are charging you (explain- $209.00 each night comes to $418.00, they tacked on $72.35 in taxes and amenity fees) But then for the amenities the only thing that was avail was the microwave in the lobby. No pool, not bar, no nothing). We wont be staying again.....

Rooms are clean and well cared for. Ours was top floor and overlook the racetrack
They are at the inn, shouldn't be different for the casino, but you may want to ask when you check in. Remember to let them know it is a service dog at check-in.
You have to take the shuttle or drive and park in the deck
The prices of rooms vary weekday vs weekends. Just as others stated you should call the Inn. What I will note is the Inn fills up quickly the closer you get to the weekend.
It's nice but beds are firm. Depends on comfort vs appeal. Nice pillows though. Shower supplies with Orange scent to take away the smoke scent.
The front desk staff should be able to get you that information.
