No complaints on recent visits. I would like to share that several years ago, I took my cat, who I'd had for 15 years, in there because she wasn't eating, etc. Turns out her liver was failing and she was dying. I got a call while I was at work later that day that if I wanted to see my cat before they put her down, I had to leave work and get there before they closed. So that's what I did. Dr. Masters handled me and my cats predicament. I've never had to put an animal down before, and instead of being detailed in what the process would be, told me he was giving her a sedative before putting her to sleep. He told me when he gave her the sedative, and I held her. Then he asked me to put her on the table and gave her a 2nd shot, without saying a word, which could have been another sedative for all i knew. Then he told me that she was dead. Maybe he didn't use that exact verbage, but he was so extremely callous towards me and my cat through the entire process that I literally could not believe it. I still go to Hillside, but I will never let Masters see my pets there again. They have good vets there. Masters just doesn't care.
