Everything is open with the exception of the indoor attractions. The water park, the amusement rides, the games (excluding the arcade) and the Cookie House gift shop are all open.

Yes they are. I was just there yesterday but not much else is open. They should be discounting the tickets if you ask me.
Yes water rides are open. It is not crowded at all, no lines anywhere, it is great!
