If you have someone to go with you, yes. You can ride some of the rides with the 2 year old, some they might be able to do alone. I don't know if the 10 month old will be able to ride with you. You can bring your own snacks in.
Yes, it would be great for both of your babies. They get free admission and can go into the waterpark as well as on the amusement rides suitable for their age. The park is out in the coutry, surrounded by nature and fresh air. It is laidback and family oriented. No lines, no crowds. Hope to see you this summer.
