Even though I was told by the technician at Creature Comfort not to get in touch with them while my pup is getting treatment,can I get a text on how he's doing.

They have call in times..they are extremely busy there but do a good job

Yea. Theres no texts but they have visiting hours & certain call times for you to get an update.

I know it's hard to wait when you're so worried about your fur baby, but they will call you and give updates on their condition. Please don't reach out other wise.

Unless a technician personally gave you their phone number, there is no way to text in to this clinic. They are too high volume to have owners continuously call in to get updates on their pets, physically takes away time to care for them.
