We are traveling in our RV and our German Shepherd was bitten by another dog. We had a difficult time finding a veterinarian that could get him in soon. We finally were referred to Creature Comforts and were given an appointment for the next day. It was a 90 minute ride from our Campground but worth every minute of it. They handled our very protective dog wonderfully! Everyone was very knowledgeable, kept us informed every few minutes and were friendly and professional. We could not have found better service. Absolutely amazing clinic!!! Me and my Fiancé took our border collie puppies Remus and Sirius here because Remus leg was bothering him and the vet couldn’t see them sooner. The vet techs and the vet were all super nice and friendly, which helped ease our anxiety about Remus’s leg. The prices were very reasonable, and we were constantly given updates on how they were doing. 10/10, we are very impressed and plan on making this their permanent vet.

My family and I just moved to the area and Creature Comforts was my first call. It’s very hard to find an exotic vet that takes rabbits, let alone one close to where you live, so I was extremely relieved and excited to find out that they could take my rabbit, as well as my cats. The staff there is very friendly and you can tell that they love their jobs and the work they do because it shows. The vet techs and Dr. Karin are the best. Great bedside manner, friendly and they know what they’re doing. They even let me come inside with my trifecta and be a part of their care and appointment, which was nice. Nice calming environment for pets and their humans and very reasonably priced. 10 stars. I found my vet for life.. thanks CC!

I’ve had to use this place in case of emergencies and always a bad experience but this last one takes the cake. My cat suffered a stroke we got him there as fast as possible they are extremely rude I was on face time I had children sleeping at home. They were rude to my 12 year old son whom was losing his first pet. My cat was suffering severely and all they cared about was getting their money not treating the cat. I told them I had care credit and a debit card just not to let my animal suffer they were extremely nasty and had no bedside manner. They over charged my card and then were extremely rude. I understand being around trauma all the time may desensitize you, but have some decency. I have had so many pets over the years and gone to some many different vets but never once have I felt so belittled as I have from creature comforts . If you’re going to call yourself that, you should probably take some lessons on comfort because the staff on that night had 0 bedside manners. I pray that you read this and treat the next person with compassion because as it’s just a job to you these animals are family to us. Good luck.
