I think it would be a hazardous place for a dog.
I don't think so. Too many small items that could get broken if knocked on the floor by an errant tail.
We brought our dog to the outside area and it worked out just fine. Can't go inside.
They are not allowed in the store, but there are seats outside.

Don't think so. Pretty compact and lots of food items.
