Yes lots of wineries and lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, and trail riding. Good amount of antique stores. +1 on the downtown part of Winchester
If you are in to wineries there are several within 25 minutes. Winchester is the closest, large town and has a very nice historic walking mall downtown. You are closest to Berryville, which has a nice downtown area as well. Locke Store in Millwood is a must for a great lunch in an old country store.
