A quiet country B&B with impeccable service and excellent food; close to Shenandoah and DC; had an odd travel schedule that they were able to accommodate without issue; all the staff extremely friendly and helpful; a wonderful place to vacation!

Our recent fourth trip to L'Auberge did not disappoint - delicious food in a great setting, comfortable rooms. Some of the rooms are in the "main" house, while others are in annexes of sorts. The main house rooms naturally have more character, but the annex rooms work well too. We will be back a fifth time!

The rooms were nice, and everybody was friendly, however, the dinner menu was very disappointing. We used to drive for an hour each way to eat here. Now, out of 6 main course dishes on the menu, 3 were sandwiches and 4th was a rabbit roulade with french fries. Not sure what’s happened.

Just came here for another great meal! I always get the duck and I'm always so happy with it! Two other items from this meal were also memorable: the French Lullaby and the salad verte! The salad was THE best salad I've ever had anywhere.... those little crunchy herbs were divine! I loved every bite! Service is impeccable. Our servers were very young compared to past visits, but they were awesome and took the best care of us. Can't wait to go back.
