I've ordered maybe 25 times from this place without any issue (though sometimes they will put you on hold for another customer call, especially during the peak dinner time).
I've only ever had one instance where they've taken more than a few rings to answer, it was during peak dining hours so I'd assume they were really busy? I've gone in and seen them quite busy, between handling delivery orders and the restaurant up front. If you have trouble over the phone, consider trying eatstreet? I dislike phoning my orders in and this service makes it really easy
