Burnt ends are exactly as Anne described them, they are delicious and are most definitely a Kansas City thing.
Anne, We do not have traditional Burnt Ends on the menu. However, we process whole briskets, which do have bits that are more crispy and bunt than others. If you specify that is what you are looking for, our staff are happy to provide you with the more "burnt" parts of our briskets. Hope that helps!
