Wendy: I would recommend calling Dave and Buster's and talking with the store manager. This is very unusual, and I know from my many years of patronage and having Dave and Buster's host events for my company that the store manager would be very interested in getting your input. This forum is not necessarily monitored by the store management or ownership.
It took a while to get our food as well. I like when the kids get their food quickly as it tends to break down quickly if they do not.
